Cork'S Vienna Woods Hotel & Villas, Cork

The hotel is located about 10 minutes from Cork city, making it easy to find and popular with locals for events. The room was spotless and comfortable, providing a lovely stay. However, some areas of the hotel felt dated and needed attention. The dining experience was great with a variety of options available, though there were some inconsistencies in taste with specific dishes.

The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were a mixed bag with a lovely size and quiet setting but were uncomfortably hot, making sleep challenging. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and caring staff, though there was a minor issue corrected quickly. The location was convenient but lacking a bit of atmosphere and was quite a distance from Cork's city center. The dining experience was enjoyable with some variety but had its letdowns like limited breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel was fantastic & comfortable with USB connections and plugs close to the beds, and the room was well-furnished and comfy, though there was a wait at lunchtime. The service was exceptional with professional and courteous staff, creating a nice and homely environment. The location was great, offering nearby river walks and lovely relaxing vibes, while the dining experience was excellent, with delicious dishes and a pleasant service. Facilities were top-notch overall.

The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable, newly decorated, and featured a very large flat-screen TV. However, the service at reception upon departure was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable.

The hotel had lovely rooms, although a bit dated, and was not soundproof. Despite that, I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.
